- All undergraduate scholarship applicants (including those with physical disabilities) must have a Cumulative Grade Points Aggregate (CGPA) of at least 4.0 on a five (5) point scale or its equivalent, or 5.0 on a 7-point scale.
- All NCE and HND applicants must have a CGPA of 3.5 and above on a scale of 4.0.
In addition, Applicants must provide:
- The scholarship is valid in Nigeria and will commence at the start of the academic session.
- It cannot be combined with another award or used for part-time studies.
- While benefiting from the scholarship, switching to a different course or institution is prohibited.
